Brought my Bentley in for service and they damaged my chrome wheel and denied it. They also charge me $300 for a part that I could've bought on Amazon for $12. I spent well over $10,000 there and have to beg him to talk to me on the phone Stay clear of this place, very dirty and unprofessional. Terrible attitudes.

This is the least professional shop of ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The owner, Roger inflates his hours and chooses repair options that are best for his wallet. We had a vehicle in for three months to do three days work. Shortly into the job he asked for $4000 with the promise the work would be completed promptly. Six weeks later he is just now starting back on our vehicle. This person can’t be trusted. His word means nothing. In addition to all the lies and excuses, his skills as a mechanic are seriously lacking. ( Be sure not to question anything or you will be insulted and hung up on ) Perhaps most people are on to him and that explains the desperate call for $4000. I strongly recommend you avoid this shop.

I am disappointed at NAPLES Hotrod. I have used this business for several years with satisfaction. This last experience was the deal breaker. I took my S550 for a routine brake job . I expected it to be expensive but not what I was billed. I did some research as to what I should expect. Parts plus labor seemed to run in the $700 to $800 range. When I received the bill it was close to $2000. Upon further inspection I found the parts to be in line but the labor was way, way out of line. He had charged for 7.45 hours at $170 per hour. The service manuals suggest 2 hrs. I felt taken advantage of and instead of being rewarded for my loyalty, I was punished. Several months ago the hourly rate was $120. I was told about this place from a neighbor, so I trusted him. The labor hours were inflated beyond belief ( should be 4 hours , charged me 17 hours for starter and flywheel replacement) and my vehicle had the same issue again - the starter fell out ! When I returned to confront him, he said he was to busy to fix the problem again. Currently in the process of getting a refund for poor work and overcharged hours.
