Naples Nissan Service Center

I was over due for an oil change because of lack of funds and IT was my experience that when I was in the Waiting Area invariably the Service Agent would come and tell me that I would also need a Cabin Air Filter or something else so please Don't ask me to also have that done! Sure enough, She comes to tell me that I'd need a Fuel Induction Service for an additional $179.95! My Car is a little over a year old now and this was too soon to have that done as I just traded in my last Nissan that had around 30,000 miles and hadn't needed that procedure up till then! If I had know all of this before somehow, I would have stuck with MAZDA! Happy Motoring!

Took my car in for transmission fluid exchange service as required to maintain the warranty. I do a lot of simple tasks myself like changing filters and wipers and adding fluids etc., and I have an OBD code reader so I can check for any existing or impending problems periodically. I always check before taking my car to any garage so I know if they’re trying to sell me a service or repair that isn’t needed. No shenanigans here I’m happy to say! They performed the service and a multipoint inspection and told me everything was in great shape. Kudos Naples Nissan service!

Christian was great. Very professional and as a person who works in finances and customer service/coaching teammates I would hire Christian on the spot! Walked us to the waiting area and gave pretty accurate wait time info.

I was in for my first service on my new Rogue. My service advisor James greeted me with a smile and a hello Mr Pizza. He took charge and told me to have a seat in the lounge while he got my car serviced. Great job.
