The best place for servicing your vehicle! Period! I had to stray from them a couple years due to relocating but had to return because of the service. Reputation is solid and the quality of the service is spectaular. Kenny, Keith and Robin have always been great at handling the write-ups and communication between the customer and technician. Shout out to them! Even though I live in Central Illinois, I will make sure to schedule the remaining years of my vehicle to be serviced with them.

Took the long drive from outside Asheville, NC to Naperville, IL and back this past weekend. Journey was well worth it. Purchased a 2018 Audi TTRS from Continental Audi of Naperville. My salesperson John Ziebarth worked with me over the previous few days to make this a seamless experience. Dealership is nicely designed, modern. Very nice to see many high end models in the showroom. Large inventory. Dan, who helped me with setting up the features in the vehicle was thorough and knowledgeable. Josh worked efficiently to complete paperwork and get me back on the road home running from a winter storm. Local folks are fortunate to have such a great Audi dealer close by. My wife and I plan on again making this long trip for our next Audi!

After a couple months of deciding what to do with my lease I made way up to Napleton Audi of Naperville where I met Nick Fograse who not only made the car buying experience easy he partnered with his peers and colleagues to ensure I was taking care throughout the entire process. Probably one of the best car buy experiences that I’ve ever had as Nick went above and beyond to answer all of questions and even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was enjoying my new 2023 Q3 in Tango Red.

Great customer service and easy to do business with. I needed to get a new battery for my car and connected with the parts department to see if they had any in stock. They did so they held one for me, and even left it out after the parts department had left for the day for a late pick up for me. I changed the battery out and returned the old one for a quick refund on the core charge. Overall very easy to do business with and good quality products. I had previously been to this location for a safety recall on my vehicle and they handled this efficiently and fixed the issue. 👍🏼
