On 3/04/2026 I reached out to your service department and spoke with Traci, who was not only rude but also snappy in her responses. I requested to speak with Bryan, the service manager, but Traci spoke for him rather than facilitating my request. My service advisor, Alex, has been more pleasant; however, his responses to my inquiries have been vague and lacking in detail. I understand that my vehicle requires a part that is currently on order, and I have been informed that it has been continuously pushed back, extending the time my car remains in the shop. Process was not what i expected, i expected sleazy salespeople and got the opposite. Jason Rambisoon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. No pressure at all. He was very patient seeing as i wasnt even sure which car i wanted. He showed me every car i wanted to look at and even took me for a couple test drives to compare them. I highly recommend asking for Jason if you are looking for new wheels. This guy doesnt beat around the bush and gives it straight. I'll be back when im ready to add another to the collection.
