I don’t think I will be able to express the immense gratitude I have for Mr. James and Mr. Brando. Their compassion and respect for not only me but also my husband was the first time I have experienced this at a car dealership. I was buying the car, and they spoke to me, not my husband, as a woman, this speaks volumes to me. They made the whole experience FUN (yes, I said fun). Thank you for everything y’all did. P.S. I am still not ringing the bell, lol!

My brother was looking for a Tesla I made an appt to look for one at the Sanford store for him. Go figure it was sold and no one told us we were upset but the salesman who was apologetic brought over Ms. Felicia in customer relations and she was also really sorry she took the time to listen and took it one step above and found a car at the Orlando store so we went. To make clear we ended up buying a Tesla with Manny there and I was impressed with the easy transaction and customer service. Thanks Ms. Felicia

Dealer quoted me $22k after hours last night in writing, in a chat and today changed the dealer changes price to $27k stating the manager changed the prices of ALL the cars and Yesterdays price is not today’s price, the market changes daily. This happened from 9:30pm and 9:00am this morning. I hope they have this documented, it is a total total bait and switch and the FTC frowns on this. If they would have stated let’s meet in the middle, they would have sold a car and had an happy customer. Instead they receive a negative review. In business a HONEST negative review costs more than admitting mistake and making good business. I hope it makes other consumers realize they don’t honor their prices. I see this same issue in other reviews and If this has happened to you, contact me I am pushing

Derrick was very up front and waited patiently while I worked through my thought process in making my decision with NO pressure. Would come back and see him again next time I need a car.
