Nashua Hyundai Service

Another awesome service experience from Nashua Hyundai!. I used to be a Nashua Toyota guy for over 30 years, but their service pricing is out of control with the new ownership. Nashua Hyundai was smart to promote Darlene Duncan to service manager- she is the best customer support tech I have ever worked with in 50+ years. I worked with Sue Shepard on my most recent visit last week, and she hasn't lost a step either. Refreshingly professional and friendly. Very customer oriented. Continuing in the tradition of great customer service. I highly recommend these guys. I have trusted their work and their recommendations since 2011! Keep up the good work.

Had an amazing experience! I had just got out of work. Was right down the street, called, was answered by a friendly voice on the phone who then connected me to a manager Darlene who was outstanding! Came in was greeted Neysa who was extremely helpful and very sweet who helped me with all my questions and needs. Then there was sue who also was a sweetie pie and helped with giving me info on my car. Overall, I left very happy, pleased and feeling more safe to drive my care on the road again! I will be back! I definitely recommend you bring your car in too for all your service needs!

I have purchased two cars over the last 11 years and always had my service done here. Since Darlene became manager of the Service department, the quality and overall efficiency has upgraded to excellent from a recent decline in availability, friendliness of staff and service.

Beware if you’re buying tires here! I purchased 4 snow tires from this shop about 3 years ago. At the time, they confidently promised free tire rotation every season — one of the main reasons I chose to buy from them instead of elsewhere. For the first two years, they honored this (at least three rotations). Then suddenly, I was told that the offer no longer applied because the “old manager” who made the promise isn’t there anymore. I was made to pay, even though my past invoices clearly show I was charged $0 for rotations before. This experience completely broke my trust. If a business can’t stand by its word, what else might change tomorrow? I feel cheated and will not be returning.
