I gave 5 stars for my dealing with some car painting needs. Was a good experience and my supplies purchased were all good, though simple. It's nice to have a place close by to pick up maybe something forgotten for your job or requires more products. It is a small simple place and they do paint supply which takes up a lot of room. The place has been there forever off Market St. in Hillyard, sub of Spokane.

I am extremely frustrated with how this place does business. They used to be really good. I asked Kevin what kind of paint does my dads 2019 Honda need and he recommended single stage. After my paint guy laid the paint, my friend sent me a pic and it was a lot darker. I went back to them and he made me some new paint this time 2 stage(since I looked it up and 2019 Hondas come with 2 stage not single stage). The 2nd time my painter laid the paint it was STILL dark. I went back and he refused to take responsibility for his multiple mistakes. He tried to charge me a 3rd time and I obviously refused. I am now out $600 and he refused to make it right and after arguing with me back and forth he pointed at his sign that no refunds for mixed paint. I am really considering going to the small claims

Fantastic experience with national. I have no experience with painting. I went in and gave them the paint code I wanted, they made me 3 custom cans of spray paint. Then they explained to me the differences between the clear coat cans and which would work best for my application. I told them I didn’t know what I was doing to which they responded with a fifteen minute explanation on how to get the best results in the most idiot proof way possible. Locally owned. I will always recommend them to anyone in need of auto paint supplies
