I trusted this place. I had dropped a minimum of a few thousands of dollars here on various maintenance & repairs (they rarely gave me written invoices which should’ve been a red flag, also paid in cash). But here is what broke my trust, to the point now: I brought my truck for new spark plugs. They did NOT put in spark plugs or new wires for the spark plugs. How do i know? I recently sold my truck, it started to misfire and the new owner (who is a mechanic) opened the engine and discovered & confirmed that my former mechanic did not do the spark plugs. The new owner has also highlighted a few other details that were claimed to have been done i would rather withhold if i decide to pursue legal action. This dishonesty is borderline criminal and i may talk to an attorney to see if i am owed

This place is a scam brought my vehicle for brake service they “fixed the problem” when I pick up my car they said it was making this loud noise which didn’t make sense to me because my car was perfectly fine, no check in light no nothing just needed break service. They check the car and said it was the time chain. They took over a month to get that fix, charged me over $2k a week later my car starts to make another noise i took it again they said they needed to check it but according to them it was something very simple to fix another 4 days past no call no nothing I go into the shop and they said my car needed a new motor. At that moment I couldn’t afford a more expensive refurbished battery. So I got the least expensive one they have. They say you paid what you paid for. I’m not stupid. I paid for a 3 month warranty battery. So you sell me a good working refurbished cbattery. Don’t give me one with hardly any battery acid inside that battery. And then don’t tell me I didn’t buy it from you guys. I clearly remember going to the body shop on Long Beach blvd and Firestone. They referred me to you I go there and you were so kind enough to loan me your ratchet tool set Exchanging my battery. I remember the owner grabbing the battery from the bottom of the shelves from the right side.
