Their service department was great to work with. I bought a truck about a month ago and had a random issue where it wouldn’t run correctly. I first took it to a dealer near my home, and they essentially told me that if I wanted it covered under the powertrain warranty, I was out of luck. I stopped by this location one day after work while the issue was happening, and they immediately jumped in to help. JD in service was a pleasure to work with, and because of the way they handled everything, I’ll be bringing my vehicle here from now on whenever it needs service.

They seemed great at first but they do not do what they say they will do. I will never buy from them again!!!! They tried to jack the price up at the end in the finance office I caught it and made them fix it but not with out an fight and about walked away from the whole deal wish I would have now. We agreed that the would do services and they would cut me money back once it was funded but I called and the say make up excuses to not do as they said! Very disappointed and will never buy from them

I’ve been coming here since 2015 for my GMC 2500 Sierra Denali. Always had a great experience prior to new management. Historically, they take the vehicle, diagnose it, then quote you a price to repair it. Now, under new management, I called in, waited a week and a half to be seen, then after showing up on time, waiting several minutes for anyone to recognize I’m even standing there, the guy tells me it’s going to take all day to get a diagnostic and will be $200. Huh? All day? What was once free is now $200? I said, “does that not seem unusual to wait to disclose any of this until somebody shows up to their appointment?” He had nothing to say.
