National Car Rental

I’ve come to expect a lot from national over the years. I use this National location often and they always do great work. But Sam went above and beyond for me and really reminded me why I’m a loyal National customer. Great job Sam and keep doing the good work.

I’m sharing my experience with your business to offer constructive feedback, but if you're not open to making changes, that’s entirely your choice. However, I won’t invest any further time in trying to assist with improving your business. Nick was incredible. Helpful and knowledgeable. Now for why I gave 1 star. First, there was a long line and only one person scheduled. That's a failure of whoever is running this location. People should not have to wait 30 minutes to get their car. Second, how does a company charge someone money to rent a car and give them a Mitsubishi Mirage? I have Amex platinum loyalty, and I was given this terrible car. The only reason I gave 1

I rent every week from National across the country in my travels for work. I had an assignment in Duluth and for the past 9 weeks I have had the best service from any National that I have rented from...and I have great experiences else where. I want to give a special shout out to Sam. He greeted me every Sunday evening with a smile and welcome back after week one. When you travel as much as I do, its the little things like being remembered and greeted as an old friend that make my day...and keep me brand loyal. Hope Sam gets the kudos for his excellent work...he is a good one...but then again everyone I came in contact was as well. May not be back to Duluth for sometime, but if I have to come back, it's good knowing I have friends who will be happy to see me. Thanks again to Sam and

National Rental Car is an easy choice. The Emerald Club saves me time and money. Most often I can just go right out to the cars and hop in anything in the aisle. Fast, easy, no waiting in lines at a counter.

Desk staff was wonderful to work with. The only reason I can't give a 5-star review is because the car smelled like marijuana.
