National Car Rental

My Chrysler Pacifica rental was perfect for visiting Glacier National Park. Plenty of storage room with the middle seats folded and the panoramic roof was great for watching a storm pass at the visitor center. I averaged 30.2mpg and the car has plenty of power to feel confident merging into traffic at high elevation. The staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, and the gentleman who helped me at the return parking lot was great as well. I was able to leave him some bottles of water so I didn't have to discard them prior to my flight. I'd highly recommend National!

Shocking Lack of Responsibility and Care – Unsafe Car, No Help, Just Excuses Our nightmare with National Car Rental began at Jackson Hole Airport, where we were given a car with a cracked windshield. This wasn’t a tiny chip — it was a long, noticeable crack that clearly compromised visibility and safety. We immediately noticed how bad the condition was and tried to go back to the counter, but no staff were present. Other rental counters still had employees, but National was completely abandoned, even though the airport was still open. We had no choice but to leave with the damaged car because we didn’t want to waste our travel time. As we continued our trip, the crack kept getting worse day by day. We were genuinely concerned it might shatter while driving, so we had to tape it ourselves

Small airport, not bad. At least there is after hours drop off! I rented a car for my 6 day trip for Glacier National Park. A little disappointed I was not able to pick the car as they have the bigger airports. Even when I made the reservation online, I had to go to the counter to pick up and complete the check out of the car. Once you get you assigned car, they give you the keys and you just head outside and find the spot. I appreciate that they had after hours return, which you just park your car in one of the available spots as where you picked up and just dropping the keys in the box which is by the counters inside. Would be great if they had after hours pick up like 2-3am... but I guess with smaller airport this is it. I would rent from national again even if it is different from

From our arrival to departure from Kalispell Regional, the employees (Raphael, Ryan & Jami) couldn't have been more genuinely helpful nor friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the woman (Charity?) who helped us when we arrived in October, but she was the same. Seems like a good crew who work well together. For this reason, I choose National upon every visit to The Flathead. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience recently renting a vehicle for a work trip from the Kalispell airport location and the next day the battery was dead, this office worked quickly to get me a service tech and eventually into a new vehicle which was perfect for the remainder of my trip. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone traveling to Kalispell! 14/10
