National Car Rental

Employees are nice, but there is always a long line. -there is no support for Executive level, -everyone must stop at the desk, wait in line, then get the vehicle key -there is always at least a 15’ long wait in line. This is not a pro business approach. They appear to have most of the customers, as the other rental car companies have no line or much shorter lines. I wonder if this is going to last with staffing shortage, and lack of support for Executive level members.

Also very dissapointed, as a loyal national customer i spent most of the year renting national car around the US and international. As an elite member i am supposed to get an upgrade, but it is always in this location where they dont have the executive aisle in which they say they dont have any updgrade available and they have to give whatever you rent. It has been many times specially Anette which treats loyal customer as she doesnt care their loyalty. She always charge me extra for upgrades even though i am elite member, and when i try to explain her she responds with an attitude that they have to do business that is why she charge extra for upgrades, i asked to talk to the manager and she said is not available. I always end up canceling the reservation in this location. Also notice thei

The Customer Service with National is absolute top-notch. The employees are always happy and always looking to help benefit me as the customer. Any efficiency they do their job is absolutely appreciated. Things are done quick and easy.

There were no cars available when I landed, even though I had made a reservation weeks before. I had to Uber to the hotel that night, and then back again in the morning to pick up the car. This was a huge inconvenience and time consuming. The car itself was fine.

No Executive lanes but they let you choose from any available. The Cadillac XT6 is nice. Has three rows too.
