Always new or newer vehicles, clean vehicles, well maintained vehicles. At this particular location, check in is extremely fast and efficient. Vehicle return is extremely fast and efficient. Staff are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and proficient. Longtime repeat customer at this location for many years. I have never had a bad experience here. Once again, an awesome experience. Kudos and well done to all staff and/or everyone involved.

The customer service agent that assisted us was amazing, she seriously went above and beyond.. I’m terrible with names but they believe she was Ally or Amy. We rented a van, which was so nice, too nice if you ask me because now I want one. Overall the experience was great and I seriously recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a rental in the Akron/canton airport.

Terrible location. Aubrey, the manager is subpar, rude, treats customers terribly. I am a National loyalty member, executive elite (the highest level). They left me on a Sunday evening without a car. They closed the branch early despite my flight info attached to my reservation. My flight was only 25 minutes late. Then the next day, Aubrey refused to exchange my car and honor my reservation. She stated she had all cars reserved. She was lying through her teeth and when I told her that I thought she was lying, she threatened to call the sheriff on me. Can you believe that? I rent cars for more than 150 days a year, I’ve never been treated so rudely at a National location. She is the epitome of what’s wrong with customer service. National should terminate her.

As a frequent renter at National Car Rental at CAK, I can confidently say this team delivers outstanding service every single time. My most recent weekend rental was no exception—the process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition, and the staff was as courteous and accommodating as ever. Everything at National was a good experience. My vehicle was nice, clean. The staff was pleasant. No issues.
