The associate who checked my vehicle back in truly went above and beyond to make my experience great. From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in how my trip went. He took time to talk with me, made sure everything about the vehicle was in perfect condition, and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was that he actually asked if there was anything National could have done better, which showed that he cared about more than just completing the transaction. I come to Columbia often and rent always from National Emerald Aisle at CAE. The staff their consistently are helpful and friendly and courteous. I have been a customer of National Car Rental for decades and consistently get great vehicles and great service.

Extremely disappointed in the service that I received from this company. I rented a vehicle for a family trip, car was clean but not full of gas. The attendant that checked me in was on the phone with a personal conversation while I'm trying to verify information and get the car. Somehow she mixed my information with someone else and I received calls and text the entire vacation saying that my rental was due back. If that's not bad enough now I'm getting statements saying I never paid for my rental. I've reached out to management multiple times but have been unable to speak with anyone. I feel like the employee is running a scam on customers. Definitely look elsewhere that does not have the national name attached to it.
