[Great Service In-Store, Horrible Service Once You Leave] My experience at the National Motors dealership on November 17, 2025, started off great. The staff was kind, considerate, and worked with me to get a deal done. I was genuinely pleased with the service. However, the moment I drove off the lot, that positive experience came to a complete halt. The problems started immediately. I was given only one key fob, and the lock/unlock buttons were missing. I was assured they would provide a new set, but that never happened. To this day, I have to be standing right next to the driver's side door to unlock my car and then manually unlock all the other doors for my passengers, and lock when getting out of car. Just like another post had said here I too would give this dealership a zero if it was an option because they suck at communication. I had bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport back in October 28 2025, and have yet to get my license plate. I had drove about 2 hours to get to Ellicott City MD as I live in Delaware. I have called them almost every week in the month of December and only got an extended temp tag that expires on Jan 26 2026, my original temp tag expired December 27 2025 by the way. I have called the DMV in DE and they have told me that the dealership has not given them anything yet, I have yet to know who has been lying to me but I believe it is this dealership with the way they have handled things so far.
