If it were possible, I would have given less than a 1 Star. Called at 12.11.2023 to obtain an auto insurance quote from the agency, only to have her slam the phone twice after asking if I was calling the right number. Kept yelling, and talking in an unprofessional matter. Would highly recommend not working with them.
I called the office to get a bundle deal for auto and home Insurance and a older woman answered the phone with a attitude, wasn’t pleasant or friendly and acted as if I was bothering her to do her job she sounded annoyed and inconvenienced please don’t call this place !
