Purchased a vehicle online, had it shipped to my home. Had a great experience, staff was professional, no games or gimmicks, would purchase from again, answered all my questions and the car was exactly as described and seen in photos, no crazy surprises. Would highly recommend and look forward to doing business with again.

Would strongly not recommend buying a vehicle from these people. My mom bought a used 2007 Jaguar X-type that had a check engine light come up within her drive back. There were junkyard parts put into the vehicle they said were “new”. Within a week the car started to smoke and overheat. After taking it to Mr. Brakes it was found that a wire was snipped under the battery. Also that the computer in the car was bad. When notified they wanted my mom to pay the bill at the shop and exchange for a car from them. After being told what was going on and the sales process, which included $300 for taxes and another $300 for temp plates. I strongly advised her not to even bother getting another car from them. I bought a 2007 jaguar and thought I got a deal on the car. It was and has been a nightmare. The light came on 5 minutes before I reached my house after a two hour drive. Called the dealership they asked me to bring it back. I was too scared to drive it so they told me to have a mechanic change the thermastat. My mechanic said it was good. Told him the mechanic said it was fine probably a bubble in the water pump. The car the light didn't come back on. After driving it a few times the car just seemed to be driving hard. Called him back they said to take it and have diagnostic done. Come to find out they put junk yard parts on it and there was a wire cut. NATIONWIDE SOLD ME A LEMON (CANT HOLD BACK MY TEARS) I was in a bad accident in July. I took my time and thought I found my perfect SUV. I contacted Nationwide Motors and began to communicate with Marco the Manager. He and I had several conversations over the next 3 weeks about the vehicle and agreed on a date for a test drive. While we took the test drive I immediately noticed the check engine was on and emissions system light blinking off and on. I was told by Marco it needed a tune up and whatever the problem was, would be fixed. I also pointed out a gridding noise coming from tires .
