Extremely predatory experience — please read carefully before doing business here. I have been trying for years to get out of a financially harmful auto loan tied to a vehicle purchased through this dealership and its associated companies. I recently learned that the dealership has not been buying vehicles back for years, eliminating what I was led to believe could be an exit option and leaving me effectively trapped in the loan. At the time of purchase, thousands of dollars in add-ons — including a service contract and GAP insurance — were rolled into a long-term, 7-year loan, significantly inflating the amount financed. I saw this gorgeous Jeep and instantly knew I needed it. Eddie M. was an amazing sales representative who helped me through every step of the process of purchasing my Jeep. I was very nervous, but he made it very comfortable and helped me with every question I had. He made me feel comfortable, even when I was unsure. It was a wonderful experience, and I would go through them again. As well the office staff Brandi, Samantha and Blanca made the process flawless! I can't say enough good things about the experience I've had with this company. Spoke to Brandi on the phone today after I had to give my car back over a year ago. 460$ in maintenance fees one being 150$ to come pick the car back up and then an oil change and detailing the car. When I changed the oil 3 weeks before the car went back to them and I received a car that wasn’t clean to begin with leafs all over the floorboards sticky stuff in cupholders dirty seats.
