I took my vehicle to this place a couple of times. Neither time was it repaired completely. The last time I took it they had it over a month before I was finally told to come get it because they couldn’t fix it. I had some electrical issues and my speedometer stopped working was the reason I took my truck there. After picking it up and still having brake light on which wasn’t on at first, ABS light, traction light I finally took it to a dealership. Was trying to fix a problem with my headlights for weeks They solves it in minutes

My entire experience was very unprofessional and he is not worth the havoc that comes with him . His attitudes towards his customers especially female clientele is tasteless !!! Not once but twice he attempted to get loud and tell me he doesn’t have to answer questions about my vehicle he has had for 6 months . Told me he had replaced my ecm but something else was the issue but come to find out after getting my uncle involved and was already paid in Full that he never touched the vehicle at all and had already deposited the money . Kept giving the run around asking for more time to figure it out but how can you figure something out you never actually worked on . I do NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone . I had a headlight that burned out repeatedly. My mechanic suggested I take my car here and I'm so glad I did! They got me in same-day, and were able to identify the issue right away (a burned out "pigtail" evidently). Anyway they fixed it immediately and even provided some additional service on my headlights. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Problem solved. These guys are great!

From out of town. State trooper kindly advised me to check for a short if bulbs worked. Nobody available til I checked with Naylor. Thank you guys for fitting me in right away.
