NC Complete Auto Care

The staff over at NC Complete Auto Care is nothing short of incredible and friendly. They by far offered the best price in my area for the brake job I needed — replace my rotors and brake pads. But wait, that’s not all. On my first visit I failed to check the parts before going and turns out the vendor (another company) sent me incompatible parts for my vehicle. I left with my tail between my legs. I rescheduled and went a second time with the correct parts. This time, however, I completely dropped the ball and left the brake pads in my garage. I had to call my wife to bring them which took 15 minutes. But this is where Evan and Bill shined in the midst of being a busy Saturday — they were incredibly understanding despite my continued apologies and even had time to joke a bit which helped

The team at NC Complete Auto were top notch. I went to them a second time only because of how well they treated me after my first experience. I traveled all the way from Sanford to Cary just to do business with these guys. The crew is very knowledgeable. Very courteous. Very friendly. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why I should be concerned. Once the job was complete, they made themselves available to answer any questions I had. I will be using their services again!

I arrived as a first time customer with an appointment for an inspection and small issue I knew I needed repair for going in. I had super friendly interactions with everyone I spoke to and the inspection and repair were completed in good time. All around positive experience at NC Complete Auto Care. I can’t say enough great things about NC Complete Auto Care. I called them last minute on a Saturday for a pre-purchase inspection, and they got us right in without hesitation. They were incredibly thorough and efficient, and the level of detail they provided put my mind completely at ease about our car purchase. You can immediately tell they’re a family-owned shop with genuine values that also treat their customers like family, not transactions. Their honesty and kindness truly stand out. Very friendly service, We're very patient with my repeat returns trying to get my driving cycle reset in order to be able to get my car inspected and registered. Was always able to get scheduled and it was completed fast when my car was finally good to go. Will be back!
