I will always come to Neal Tire in Greencastle, IN. The guy at the front desk is always really nice and professional. They get us in quick and get the job done. Very decently priced and they often have specials going on. Most affordable place that I have found, that I can trust with my vehicle.

The 2 guys that I dealt with the 2x that I was there were very polite, friendly, respectful, patient, courteous. They explained things to about my vehicle and the things that were wrong with it and what steps I needed to take to fix it right. First time I was there was to get a front end alignment and they done it for me. The 2nd time I was there I thought I needed to have the front end alignment checked again but it was my tire that was bad and then the tire sensor was bad corroded, ready to fall off. But I'm very pleased about the service that I received from them. I would recommend them to others. Here is my tire that they replaced.

Friendly service, they didn’t make me feel hurried to make my decision on what I should do….2or4 new tires! 4 new tires!!!! Ordered and installed in a couple days on my schedule. Great to work with, very accommodating.

Called because we were in need of some new tires for our truck, talked to Pat and he called back a short time later with a decent price on four new Goodyear tires. I had a slight delay in when I could have the truck available for installation, but when I was able to take the truck to them, they installed them and had the truck back to me less than two hours later. Excellent job!
