I recently bought a used Honda Accord that needed a MD State Inspection and wheel bearing replacement. I googled “nearest car repair”. A few stood out showing 24-80 reviews, but then I saw 369 reviews – majority of which were positive – Nealey Tire and Auto Service on Donald’s Way in Owings, MD. Hmmm… I thought to myself, let's give them a try. I called them a little after 4:35pm Friday and told them about my request. Surprisingly, they said bring it in first thing Monday morning @7:30. I said, is it OK if I brought it in 8am as I needed to drop my son off at school, “sure” they said, 8am is fine. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Amber who promptly took my information. I informed her that I won’t be able to leave the car there as I needed to pick up my son by 3:00pm. To my surprise th

I call them the DSD Team. David, Sarah and Dewey. Those three alone enriched an made the trust and experience of your business 5 stars solid. Hold onto them, and consider giving a raise as able. People like them keep you in thriving business Very cool as well to hear Dewey's story being with the company so long. A good man in a good fit for a job. Same with David and Sarah of course. Struts and alignment job was done well also.

Best service and customer service I've had at ANY business in recent memory. Top notch team. Sarah really knows her stuff and the team had me on my way within the day with what now drives like a new vehicle. They thoroughly explained all recommended repairs. Highly recommend.

Other than the unfortunates of surprise services while away from my home state, Nealey's was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't even have to ask for a shuttle service. I was being a little hard headed about what needed to be done on the vehicle and they took the time to show videos of the problem and explain the why's. Most likely the reason I made it back to my state safe and sound

The energy in this place off the charts and that’s an awesome thing. First it was the way Sarah answered the phone when I called. Second it was the way I was welcomed when I came in the building. Third was the friendly and warm conversation with the employees. I could go on and on. I just wish there was more than 5 stars. This place deserves way more.
