I had my A/C looked at and repaired back in the tail end of the summer of 2025. For nearly $2,500 on a '22 Nissan Pathfinder? I would expect the service to hold up for at least a year. It's an amazing and beautiful March day and my A/C does not work. You're not getting me for another $2,500. Otherwise, front desk people were kind, professional, kept me regularly updated. Maybe you need to change mechanics.

I would give Nealy Auto‘s techs and customer service staff SIX stars! Josh was excellent as was Kenny. Their new diagnostic system found a starting problem that’s been going on for a few weeks …. And fixed it the same day! In addition, they gave me rides to and from my house. Everyone was personable and professional! Superb!

I think my 2017 Subaru Forester bearings must have been dying for a while because my car was soooo loud! Got new tires, and the bearings replaced and it’s as quiet as it was when I bought it! Very pleased with the service I got. I won’t go anywhere else!

As a Mercedes-Benz owner, I would like to leave a sincere message. First of all, during my first oil change, the front desk lady and the gentleman who assisted me were both very friendly, and my first experience was excellent. That is why I chose to return to your shop to replace both the main and auxiliary batteries. Three to four months later, when I came back for another oil change, I was told that the battery was no longer holding a charge. I mentioned that this explained why my trunk could only open halfway. I then proceeded with a second battery replacement. After the oil change, the car showed that too much oil had been added. Great shop, very courteous, always updated and kept inform of finding with a major oil leak I had. Team is very customer oriented they all work together. Good work,I thought $250 hour was on the high side, job was a 4 hour repair all ended up $2500 with parts. This was first time there ,,,seemed very busy, must be well liked or short staffed
