Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service

I was extremely disappointed about my experience with this business. After spending almost two thousand dollars here less than two months ago, they made me wait for four hours today only to tell me my tire was unrepairable. I could’ve found this out immediately at a service station, but instead I brought it here because I was told I had a warranty. I was also misled about the terms of what the warranty covered, or I wouldn’t have wasted my time. They didn’t even have a comparable tire in stock adding insult to injury. Instead, I’m driving my kids around with a donut on my car which feels unsafe and irresponsible. The customer service was not this bad the last time I was here. **UPDATE: Of course there’s been no response from the management. I just took my tire that they said was unrepaira

I was very happy with the thorough inspection Neighborhood Tire Pros gave my car. I elected to have the most immediately needed repairs completed and didn't receive any pushback or pressure to include anything additional. This shop comes across as honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I especially liked that I could shop for the specific tires I wanted online, compare prices and then set up an appointment to have them installed. I would go back to Neighborhood Tire Pros for additional work in the future.

My experience was so very positive here! Customer Service etiquette is five Stars here! I had my rental car, which was a Cadillac Escalade towed there with a flat tire. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes even though it appeared to be quite a few customers. I wish more businesses moved as quickly as this business here. I would gladly make them my go to Tire shop if I was living in Georgia! Keep up the great work fellas!

I really wanted to give a good review as it appears that those who spoke with me about my vehicle were very pleasant to speak with. I had my vehicle towed there and they were unable to properly diagnose my vehicle. I was asked to ride with a tech to see if we could duplicate the issue, just as we were to return to the shop the vehicle began to display the issue and the tech said he heard the noise as well and instead of driving more he said he would take it out later as he heard it as well. They called me the next day and said the vehicle was taken out again and they didnt could duplicate the issue althoughthe tech heard it the day before. They did say there was a difference in opinion about the issue and what they came up with as a suggestion to replace was the engine mounts that w

Excellent customer service and very understanding guys! I went for my annual emissions check since it’s right by Kroger’s renewal kiosk. I tried to leave work a little early, but due to the commute, I wasn’t able to get there until 5 minutes prior to closing. They were just starting to close up shop but they were finishing up another emissions check, so they squeezed me in. Great guys! Highly recommend.
