Had an excellent experience with Neil’s Motors Inc in Biddeford—and that’s saying something as a BMW owner. Calvin at the front desk was awesome: friendly, funny, and unbelievably patient. Especially patient with me calling repeatedly to ask if we could run “just one more smoke test". Apparently owning an E90 335 automatically comes with a minor obsession over boost leaks and a PhD from YouTube University. This was actually the second time in two years my car ended up here after my YouTube Mechanic skills hit their limit. Once the pros took over, they traced the issue to the DME and had to ship it out for repair. At that point, I was mentally preparing myself for a $6,000+ BMW horror story. Neil's Motors was quick to get my car serviced. Calvin was great at keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. I was also afforded a loaner car for the duration of the cars repair which helped a great deal. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Calvin was polite and extremely professional. He took his time explaining to me the vehicles issues and had no issues reiterating the same information to my husband when he called. My car was fixed in less than 24 hours of being towed to this garage! Highly recommend :-)

I would like to thank the team for taking care of everything that I requested. I brought a Porsche 911 down for a pre-purchase inspection because I was not able to make it out to Maine to personally look at the vehicle after speaking with this team at Neil’s, they made me feel like my eyes and hands were on the car Reese , Calvin and Stephen. I owe you guys big time you made this happen for me. Without your team, I would not have been able to purchase this car. They even let me leave the car there for a few extra days at no additional charges. The report that they did for me was outstanding if I was ever back in Maine I would not hesitate to utilize these folks. They’re really good people.
