My Rav 4 was parked in a very low parking garage when the starter went. I called AAA & was told they didn’t have the equipment to get it out & basically I was on my own. My car was stranded there for 2 nights. Someone sent me the info on Nelcon & from the moment Gary picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Within 2 hours of my call he had my Rav out & delivered to my mechanic. They are a company I would highly recommend & I am so happy that good customer service still exists! Many thanks!

Sal is 1000% excellent. I called him at 11PM on a Saturday night in zero degree weather to tow a heavy truck off Route 84 and he immediately sent Kenny out. I called other towing companies and they laughed at me or just hung up on me. Sal stepped up and bailed me out. I am extremely grateful. His equipment is first class and his billing software made it easy for me to pay online. Thanks Sal!!!

Ryan gets FIVE Stars. He was the most polite and accommodating recovery Service employee I’ve ever met. He town me twice in two days. He was an experienced and competent driver who could easily hook up and take down your vehicle without a long delay in traffic stoppage or any further damage to your vehicle. Go Nelcon!! I got a flat on I-91 at night in a rain storm and couldn't get the tire off on my own. Nelcon showed up soon after I called, and helped me get the tire off and the spare on so I wouldn't need to be towed. The driver was very nice and helpful.
