I can’t recommend nobody to leave their cars in this shop because he’s dishonest disrespectful mean unpolite very expensive for very small jobs. He charge me 550.00 to welding a piece of flexible pipe and 2 little repairs. Unprofessional. Overpriced took so long. Please listen carefully my advice. Thanks

I have been bringing my vehicles to Nelsons for well over 10 years now and he's always there for whatever your car needs. To me he is one of if not the best automobile techs in the business. If he cant fix it no one can. Not only top notch repair service but he also offers a variety of used cars to fit anyone's needs. As a matter of fact my Dad just bought a car from him this past week and he Loves it.

I recently had my BMW 535I looked at NELSON' S for a second opinion for an engine major issue. The dealer that I had used for service advised that I would need an engine replacement that would cost lots $. With Nelson's expertise and knowledge he was able to detect the issue and resolutions of the major issue. My BMW is running great now. I appreciate Nelson's professionalism and product knowledge. I was referred to Nelson’s but I had visited quite a few other dealerships prior to this one. I was very nervous about making a bad decision because I tend to be impulsive when I’m excited and running on emotion. It was, for this reason that I made sure to shop around. I had never before spent so much money on a vehicle before and I was super excited! I tend to be impulsive. It was super clear to me, as soon as I walked into Nelson’s dealership lot , that it was not the same. They weren’t feeding off my emotions, telling me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. They did everything for me and I drove my new car home that day. 2014 bmw 750li. .....Spent $2800 two separate times to fix the same problem. The second time they said I had water damage and it caused water damage to electrical parts. They fixed it, two weeks later same problem. My car was parked in my garage nightly before I brought it to them. I got my car back with a very strong smell of mold. This is after they had my car for two months. They left one of my windows open or sun roof open. Every time I called I got the run around , almost like they was waiting for the mold smell to go away. Never fixed the problem driving around with every dash light possible on. Would not recommend this place. This post is the only post I've ever sent. So don't think I'm sending this to slander anyone, just being honest.
