Well these folks never disappoint…. Haven’t been here in years…. First in door this morning and 2 hrs sensor replaced and out the door. Happy people here. Excellent customer service and very professionally done. I would send anyone needing repair on IHC here any time.

Ill never use this place again.i was in there on a saturday couple weeks ago for a DOT ins on my tractor.there was a young service person and mech.looking at my truck it seemed the service person was doing some of the inspection.he is not a mech and had no bussness to do that.i was told i had a blown exhaust gasket , wheel seal leak, drive shaft leak and a list of other things.thay failed my truck.i been driving 30 years and this seemed verry shady to me.so i told them thay will not be working on it.the mech wouldent talk to me about it.the next monday i took my truck to another shop where thay had several real mech's i gave them my paper work on last ins.thay said there was nothing wrong with my truck and the other shop was trying to rip me off.i had to pay$90 for that B.S. inspection but

These guys are the best!!! They did efficient work and let us camp in our skoolie in the parking lot while they overnighted the needed part. They were very easy to work with. Price was lower than originally estimated to replace the ECM for our old skoolie. Grateful to now be back on the road!

Had my truck in there for DPF filter service (2014 Prostar). They indeed did service the filters but the tech evidently thought changing the gaskets was optional. Well it's $4,000 later after a tow and losing a great load/customer. What started out as a preventative service turned into a major repair. I have pics of the DPF fluid on the outside and more. Thankfully Bluegrass International in London,Ky was a great shop or I would still be on the side of the road. I thought of asking for a refund but I would rather warn folks against trusting Nelsons. I'm sick of lazy techs who don't really care about driver's being stranded. I considered calling them until a friend also experienced similar service. Now I check Google reviews.
