NEPA towing & recovery llc

Had to give 1 to post but I give 0 stars! They literally stole my money. Dont use this company. Way overpriced in my opinion. Got charged $310 for a tow of about 1 mile & 5 hours of them holding the car. Handed over $320 & told us they dont give change forcing my son in law to give them the whole 320. When I called them, (I was outside in my car) the 2 guys there were rude & cursed at me for wanting my $10 change saying I was an Indian giver! They were close to closing up but said they'd be out with the money to make change. I waited at the gate, they drove their car up, opened the gate and drove off. They're thiefs! I dont care if it was $10 or $1, you'rea business, you dont treat ppl like that. VERY unprofessional!

They’re extremely rude and charging the cosmic prices! A friend of mine was charged 1500$ for just 3 miles. It’s unbelievable price. Also they’re working close with police department. It seems they all make profit together. I’ll filling an official complaint. Please if anyone else was victim respond to this comment and we will file a group complaint or lawsuit. Because they don’t have any official price list , don’t provide electronic receipts. Only thing that I have is shitty piece of paper written with pen.

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the towing and storage fees charged by your company. My truck was towed approximately 20 miles, yet I was presented with a total bill of nearly $4,000, which is extremely excessive and completely unjustified. There was no clear explanation or breakdown of how this amount was calculated. On top of that, your daily storage fees of up to $300 per day are unreasonable and far above normal industry standards. This lack of transparency raises major concerns about the fairness and legality of your pricing practices. It also appears that your company works closely with police officers, and the way these charges are imposed makes it seem like this relationship is being used to generate profit at the expense of vehicle owners. It is truly a shame that NEPA Towing continues to charge individuals what they want. A friend of mine was towed in for a bad registration (life happens, things happen we all become overwhelmed and forget things) I personally forgot my auto loan payment due to circumstances beyond my control this is life. NEPA TOWING this is for you and everyone reading my comment. I understand a business needs to make money but taking advantage of people is not how to be successful. You towed my friend less then an half of a mile, you impounded his vehicle then you charge him $695 for two days. When choosing a towing company you as an individual have every right to choose who you want to provide those services. For 2-5 mi, they charged me $300 just to tow it. Don't go there for towing services and they're rude too. Highly unprofessional and arrgonant
