I would like to thank Chris and everyone at Network Automotive for taking care of me and my 2007 Dodge Nitro. I have had this dodge since 2006 and I'm about to hit 300k miles on it. I've never had to do any real major work on it but I brought it in this past Fri because it was leaking fluid and had a check engine light on. From the beginning it was a great experience working with Chris he was incredibly clear and upfront with what they were going to look at and possible issues. After a quick phone call Fri morning he informed me of a few issues. I had a cracked radiator, bad hoses, bad serpentine belt and of course a bad water pump. I've always taken my Lexus lx470 to the Lexus dealership to get it serviced. However, when they quoted me a price to repair the control arms, ball joints and shocks that was more than the car is worth, I drove it back home without approving the repairs after I picked myself up off the floor from shock. We still needed the car, we weren't ready to sell, but we didn't know a trustworthy shop to bring it to. I purchased it new and it lasted 24 years for me so I don't trust just anybody to work on it. Fortunately, a friend recommended Network Automotive Service Center in Gilbert. We took it there and Chris greeted me at the counter. I took my truck in for an alignment and they tore up my rack and pinion boots. I replaced them and they realigned it for me for free. Very nice guys and will work with you if they mess up.

I am extremely disappointed in Network Automotive as I had been a loyal customer for years until today. My Intuition was telling me to get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. They wanted to do over $1100 plus work on my vehicle that the had done last October. In addition, the coolant bottle and radiator were empty. Appears that the wrong coolant (yellow) was previously used. Keep in mind that they just did an oil change. I am furious and wonder how many other times they probably did work that wasn't necessary.

Been taking my vehicle to Chris, Cody and team here for years. They never try and sell you things you don’t need and always explain what’s going on. They treat customers very well and make taking care of your vehicle as painless as possible. Highly recommend!
