I had an experience with a lady her name is Jessica absolutely amazing. Very patient took the time out to help me. I was very upset about my car and she did extra treatment and pampered me. I really appreciate you very much. You are very comforting.

They always say "we'll call you back" when you're asking about parts they have listed and then they NEVER call back and then when you call back, no one knows what you're talking about and have to go through the process again explaining everything you need that you already went through; then they get lippy with you if you complain about them never calling back. Maggots.

If you ever get into an accident, be prepared to be ripped off by these people.They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They’ll tow your car away without giving you options and then charge you hundreds of dollars.The longer they keep your car the more the charges pile up. If you try to have your car towed back by another company (like AAA) they won’t allow it. Instead they’ll make up excuses about “special insurance and sticker type shit needed for the towing service to tow your car from them if you have your own towing service” so basically you have to use their towing service to get your car back indeed just to squeeze more money out of you. On top of that, they don’t accept credit cards,debit cards, or even change you must bring the exact amount in cash to get your car released.I had

If I could give 0 stars I would. Male employee was rude, had no basic customer service skills. Hope you never deal with them.
