Finally dropped these guys because they couldn't keep my payment records straight and I was getting letters from the DMV saying they couldn't verify my coverage. When I turned to the local office, they assured me that they had taken care of the situation despite the DMV website saying the opposite. This is the worst insurance company ever! My daughter-in-law was in a hit-and-run accident and she has the general. We have both tried to communicate with tdamn nobody ever calls back I suggest you go to geico they did me good and they sain a similar situation
