I came in today, to see if they had a hose for my Range Rover. I was greeted by Jonathan Egbert , he was patient and kind with all of my questions and concerns about needing a hose for my car. He assisted me with all of my needs and also informed me on pros and cons with the hose. I definitely recommend these guys they’re amazing.!!

I brought in a pressure washer hose to be repaired thinking I would have to drop it off. The employee (Marcellus) took it in the back and had it repaired in less than 10 minutes and at a fraction of the cost of buying a new hose. Very happy customer

Staff is careless and not friendly at all. I placed an order a month and a half ago for 7 rolls of hose. After contacting staff and management on a weekly basis on the status of the order the response is we will call you back and they never do. How do they stay in business. I guess you corner a market and then customer service is no longer needed. No one can help you or tell you when an order is ready and then they dodge your calls/emails. Very unprofessional!!
