New Age Car Wash

Went in December 2024, I had been there a few times before, with my Honda Odyssey with no problems. I had just gotten my newer Honda Odyssey in November, and it was time for a wash, well I went through and apparently my car was pulled a little too far to the left and the spray shot cracked my driver's side window. I pulled my car around, looked at the damage, and realized I couldn't do anything about it. But, having a wheel trench would have saved me. I used to really love to slip through there , and I'm hoping the new repaired version is better.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I'd forgotten how poorly a job this wash was before going in for another. My car was waxed and polished before going in the second time. It had a little bit of road spray from the last rain so it seemed reasonable to to do a quick once over. After leaving the wash and parking at home, the result of the wash looked like what I can only describe as a zebra stripes finish all the way around.

This car wash is a touchless car wash. My car had some dirt on it, common road grime. And when the sprayers came around the car the car was only clean where the sprayer is directly hit. My car look like a zebra when I came out. Very poor job and I'm disappointed. Also on their website they have a picture of an excellent car wash or cross the street where I went after going through New age. The elite car wash did a great job which is located across the street from New age. If your car is dirty don't go to New age you won't get cleaned.

Automatic washer only. No self wash. Tucked off the street behind auto parts shop. I think 3 vacuums.

The only reason it’s 5 stars is because it was great, touch less and a decent price. Unfortunately the last two times I went to get my car washed it was closed.
