New Albany Towing & Recovery

Had a blow out and New Albany Towing and Recovery was very helpful and professional. By far the best experience I’ve ever ever had with roadside assistance. 10/10 would recommend. They came right away and helped me get the spare on and got me back to work in no time!

My Honda pilot broke down on highway 78 outside of New Albany today. The gentlemen picked me up within 30 minutes, took my truck to a great mechanic in New Albany, and I was back on the road with a new alternator in less than two hours. Five star service!!

I experienced a trailer accident releasing from my truck on major freeway of which AAA said they could not come out because it did not concern my truck.Nevertheless, called NEW ALBANY and spoke with Bradley who was not only very cordial but acknowledged my predicament and had Brandon come out within 20 minutes. He immediately knew how to fix the situation and did a few other details that I could not do. Within minutes he had me up and going and got me back on the freeway. This situation could have been much worse if not abated within the timeframe. Bottomline, not only friendly and professional guys, but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.If I could give six stars I would.👍

This guy deserves 1 star. We called him to bring 20 gallons of fuel to our driver and repeated that to him few times, but he hears what he want and goes there with $20 worth of fuel, after that he charged us more for 10 gallons and didn’t even prime the truck. After that he just leave without any word, if you ever stuck here with same issue just try to avoid this service

New Albany Towing did a great job! Tyler was Prompt, courteous, professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
