My car was towed there and within 20 minutes I knew what needed to be done to fix the car and it was completed within a couple of hours if that. These people are awesome. Definitely the best in town, 100% recommend.

Would not listen problem started after they replaced high pressure P/S line. Pulsating brakes, cavitation pump, and violent shaking in steering wheel when brakes hit hard. Insisted it was mechanical components and after weeks trying to get in before a long trip was told bring in in morning then when there since issue is intermittent said bring back in 2 weeks. Been happy with the for 16 years but will never use again!!!!!

These guys r the best. My son had taken his car here to b fixed and they were honest and fixed it and saved him money. Then when I had a problem (roaring n the rear) I brought it here right at closing time. Turned out to b bearings n the hub. I asked when they could fix it and they said, NOW! And they did. I was so happy and relieved. They were so nice! No problems at all. RP Auto, u r my auto repair shop next time!! Thanks!

I've been using RP Auto for 14 years now and they have always taken good care of me. My most recent experience was with a 2017 Ford Explorer that Randy was able to diagnose over the phone in two minutes. I had previously had the Explorer at Community Ford in New Albany on several occasions and the last time they literally had the vehicle for two months and kept telling me the engine was out of time. I decided to call Randy and he quickly told me that was incorrect with that particular motor. Honestly, he was able to tell me what was wrong with the Explorer in two minutes. He also backed it up by telling me that if he was wrong and it didn't fix the problem then I didn't owe him anything. Now that's putting your experience to the test.
