Well my faith in good people has been restored,this morning we got stuck in snow,couldn't get triple A out so cranston police set us up with Dino from new century auto body,he couldn't get to our truck until the dpw made it safe for his truck to clear it l.they duly arrived and Dino true to his word came back in no time,professional which put my wife at ease as he was very courteous and understanding and also very nice to deal with,any business we have in the future with our cars I will look no further than giving them my business..keep up the good work Thank you guys for everything,Eugene and Kristen.

Dave and Margie, the owners of New Century are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and super hardworking people. I was in an auto accident and they fixed my baby right up, better than before I bought the car if you can believe it! I’m so impressed by this shop and how warm, down to earth and friendly they are. If I ever have an issue with my car again, I’m only coming here. No other shop will do after the experience I’ve had with New Century. Real customer here and no one asked me to review the shop, just incase you were wondering. 10/10 recommend. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was taken care of from beginning to end. Margie helped me with moving the insurance company along, getting a brand new rental car, and her and her husband were the most caring people. I picked up my repaired vehicle today and was surprised that they even detailed the entire interior. The car inside and out looks brand new! I highly recommend New Century Auto Body!!

This auto shop is like no other and they set the bar high when it comes to taking care of their customers. My car was hit and I was recommended this auto body shop. Margie was so helpful and took care of every detail possible, from helping me get the police report, to dealing with the insurance company, working with the adjuster and getting me a rental. She was always prompt on getting back to me on any answers I may have had along the way. It was nice to finally work with a shop that you made you feel like a priority and really takes pride in their customer service. I got my car back, detailed, and they did a great job on the repairs.
