New Concept Auto Service - Overland Park

I usually take my car to my dealership to get work done, but they couldn’t get me scheduled in a timely manner. My boyfriend recommended New Concept, and I’m so glad he did! Everyone was super friendly and willing to help me out, and they got the work done significantly faster than my dealership would have. Will absolutely be coming back in the future!

I found this place when I realized oil change prices had about tripled in the past three years since I bought my car (I had free oil changes). They had a significantly cheaper advertised prices for a synthetic oil change. And I saw their ASE certifications, as well as great reviews. I also had a feeling I needed them to look at my wiper fluid which was jammed and a couple other typical maintenance things that are routine (filters, tire rotation). I have taken my car into new concept auto service three times. Twice for repairs and once for an oil change and seasonal maintenance. Every time I have gone in they have been very professional, and had great communication. They send a detailed description with pictures of all of the areas of the car that they inspected in any services they recommend. Blake helped me today with my car drop off and pick up. He was extremely nice and helpful. I have been very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

We took our vehicle here on a recommendation are are very happy with the service we received. While it was a fairly large job, the various technicians communicated the status well and made sure everything was tested and in good working order before we received our vehicle back. Very courteous and punctual, they got us worked in sooner than expected.
