Terrible Service Department, no paperwork provided, car was returned covered in ice. Cannot remove it as it’s frozen on. Paid over $2500 and they could not even call before dropping the car off even though Lenka said she would do so. Stay away from this place it’s absolutely awful! They couldn’t care less about your car or the service they provide. Buyer beware!

Have used new country Porsche service for a few years. Generally, I had a very good experience. Recently I had trouble with my air-conditioning in my 2020 Macan S. It took three visits to diagnose the problem. They charged me to test for leaks to charge the system.even though that wasn’t the problem. After a Mechanic friend of mine told me what the problem was I told them. They then charged me over $8000 to fix the evaporator. Ive seen pricing online at other dealers between $2700-$5000. I asked them to consider a price reduction. They said they wouldn’t. Needless to say I won’t be using their service anymore.

Excellent experience at New Country Porsche Greenwich. I stopped by the Parts Department and the person who helped me was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Horrible. Poor communication. Inexcusably slow. Worst Porsche service experience ever based on 5 vehicles and 3 other dealer maintenance shops over 20 years.

Best Porsche service in NYC area. Don’t understand negative feedbacks.
