New England Imports

Dropped in out of the blue late evening car went I to Limp mode. The owner said, I can’t fix today. Next morning he called and had it fixed and ready to pick up. Fair and honest. Glad I found a new home to trust.

Our experience with New England Imports was fantastic. My family and I were road tripping from Florida to Canada, arriving to Maine, our car broke down. We went to several auto repair shops— giving us next week appointments and repair times which we couldn’t agree to. All Hope was lost until we went to New England Imports, Paul was amazing, he helped us every step of the way; very attentive and kind. The repair was quick, he helped us the same day, having it done by the end of the day! Paul and his team were definitely life savers! We can’t thank them enough!

I needed a water pump done on my 2008 Audi. And that generally means doing the timing belt, as well - it was due. I normally do most of my own car repairs, but didn't have the time or inclination to get into this. Talked with Paul. He was honest in what I needed (valve cover gasket, as well, to stop oil leak). I feel that did excellent work and the price of parts and labor were very much what I expected it to be, knowing what it would take to do the job. Very fair and honest. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Zero complaints. They installed a new starter on my MB and were super easy and straightforward to deal with. Let me know how much and when it would be ready and were completely honest on both accounts. Honest mechanics can be hard to find and I'm glad I found one.
