Ive never dealt with a more incompetent or unsatisfactory organization in my life! After holding the truck for 3 weeks, and charging me 13,000 dollars we picked the truck up and the turbo hose blew off in the first 5 minutes cause someone forgot to tighten a clamp. Then, 20 miles after that all the scr lights are back on, and nothing is fixed. Another 2,000 and a day later we pick it up again. By the time the truck is back to the site the check engine light is on again. Absolutely unacceptable, and completely infuriating. Never again

My husband and I were traveling in our RV when the check engine light came on. We called directly to Freightliner and they helped us diagnose the problem but said we couldn't go any further until we got it fixed. I called and left a message on a Sunday when this service center was closed, and Denise called me back and said they'd do everything they could to get us back on the road to our next destination. Got their first thing Monday morning and they immediately started working on our coach. Josh, the mechanic was so great, as was Terry who wrote us up. Absolutely a fantastic facility that clearly makes customer service a top priority. Thank you so much Denise and those that helped us out!! We truly appreciate it! You had us back on the road by noon!

I brought my company truck here, needed a few things done. The service is very good, they communicated with my company well, as they require estimates on just about everything...lol. They replaced a bad lower radiator hose and clamps, inverter, repaired my bunk heater that stopped working, replaced front belt pulley, replaced wiper arms, and diag.tested. I want to say thanks to Chris the technician that did the work, he knows what he doing and is a nice guy, and Steve in service for coordinating the work with my company to see that everything went smoothly. Everyone I met here was friendly and certainly accomodating, especially with the snow storm and parking in their lot, etc. The bunk heater works really good now, even at below zero temps, it heats everything up well :)

Great people to work with any time I call them for a problem with my truck they take me & fix my truck & im buying a new truck from them because they really take care of my work best dealer & best shop in vermont😍
