Had an excellent experience at VIP. Staff was warm and welcoming, especially Emma at the front desk. She made me feel like I was at the right place. Took care of my issue professionally and promptly. She is very friendly and understanding of the fact that people are in need of help when they walk in, and seems to enjoy making people feel better on their way out. I definitely did, I would go back for sure! Thanks Emma and techs for getting me out of a jam and back on the road safely.

Fast, timely, extremely professional. My ASE certified master technician J. Completely satisfied the needs for my vehicle. He is a top-notch technician, I recommend VIP in Shelburne to anybody and everybody who wants quality work at a good affordable price. 100% recommended, tires mechanical alignments. I even believe they do transmissions and motors. Again highly recommended. All the staff was courteous professional meet organized shop is clean cannot ask for a better environment. Some cold drinks would be nice LOL. As summer approaches I'm sure they'll fill the refrigerator. Thank you Emma Don Steve, you guys are all doing a wonderful job over there. When the temperatures plummeted this past weekend, my car’s battery began failing, and of course it was on Sunday with a snow storm coming. VIP was able to get my car in within an hour of my calling for an appointment, and I made it out in time for the Patriots kickoff. While there I had them fix a few other small repairs I had not had time to address. I appreciated the complimentary multipoint inspection, and the time the technician took to listen to my description of the symptoms the car was exhibiting, and the thoroughness of answers to my questions. The waiting area is comfortable with a view of the service bay, TV to catch the pre-game show, and free coffee/ water/ wifi etc. Thank you to Emma at the front desk, and the mechanics, who were working on a Sunday so the car could be fixed

Incredible staff ! Folks there were knowledgeable and kind in explaining everything. They were always communicative and respectful in every phone call and text message. I’m incredibly happy with my service and will be booking with them in the future for my car needs!

Shelburne VIP and in particular Shane the manager provides true customer service. Not just good service, but truly outstanding service. Many organizations talk about caring about their customers, but this facility goes way beyond in the best service I have ever seen in over fifty years of driving. I have been a manager in industrial quality assurance all of my professional life and Shane and his organization have quality mastered. Thanks guys, you have a customer for life!! Charlie Boudreau
