I would sincerely express my gratitude to Matt and Mark in the parts department for their tireless efforts to assist me after a mechanical breakdown, leaving me stranded in the area for a period of several days. As a complete stranger, they genuinely treated me as if I were a family member by ensuring my well-being throughout my time working on my truck, thereby allowing me to reach my family in the south. They truly excelled in one week, surpassing any other kenworth I've encountered with exemplary customer service.

Showed up with my problems and they did whatever it took to get me up and running within 24 hours … they got trailer drop lot .. they got fast mechanics, they people who keep it real happy to spend my money here .. thank you 🙏🏾

Great place, great minds, and even better pricing. There are no cheap options for correctly fixing or diagnosing an issue with your truck. These guys make it simple, and are honest with their hours spent on YOUR vehicle. This is the only shop I have noticed will be up front about your repair, it may be unknown at the time of drop off but you can surely sleep at night knowing you will not be getting screwed over. Excellent customer service, and excellent service department!! Josh and Brandon went above and beyond to get a couple of our trucks in on a last minute notice to get a few things taken care of, where most dealers would not. I’d give these guys 100 stars if it was possible!

Hands down the best heavy duty shop around. Couldn’t be happier with these guys - most recent experience I was down a tire on the side of the road brought it to them and they dropped what they were doing to get it done for me.
