I’ve been to many KW shops over the years. None are as good as these guys. Brian in service was great. They finished what I needed so quickly that I added a job that I didn’t have to have but wanted again it was done quickly but a week and a half out the trucks running better than ever. I recently purchased a 2023 w990 Kenworth in Louisiana. On the way home from my last trip I had a check engine light come on.It was for scr efficiency. It sent the code to my phone and went inactive in about 20 miles. Being that I live in Fryeburg Maine about 45 miles from New England Kenworth I figured as a precaution I would go in and and have them take a look and while I was there we could adjust some parameters on my transmission and I could set up a parts account and make it a productive trip but boy was I wrong..Mind you this is a inactive code. Well after about 1 hour the come up to the waiting room and tell me my light is on because of a bad exhaust leak and unfortunately the $1050 dollar plus air freight pipe that is needed was not covered by warranty .. what a surprise. This kenworth is top notch. I will remember this experience for years to come as an owner operator. From the parts desk to the service desk, not a single complaint with how they handled me as a customer. They truly are a hidden gem of a shop. Also, they do love dogs! My girl Xora has been greeted with treats every time we’ve went into the lounge. I will go out of my way to stop here in the future when I deliver to the city.

These guys are the best! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept my truck for a couple days while they wrote up a very thorough estimate on some damage from where a box truck hit me and they made a few small repairs I'd been putting off. Great work, excellent prices, all around funny and friendly people. Except that Kevin guy, you gotta watch out for him. Lol
