Vinny and his team are amazing! I brought my car there a few weeks ago after I noticed it was suddenly running very loud. Even though they had other jobs they were already working on, they took my car in, found the hole in my exhaust and patched it right up. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours and was able to go about my day worry-free. The part that still stuns me is they charged me nothing!! Truly good-hearted people. I highly recommend!

If I had the option to put 0 stars I would I had a terrible experience with New England Transmission Co The mechanic promised me a 1-year warranty after changing my transmission. But less than 2 months later, the same problem came back. When I returned, he refused to honor the warranty and tried to charge me another $3,000. It’s clear he never properly fixed or changed the transmission as promised. He only makes excuses and takes people’s money. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and a total scam. If you care about your car and your money, stay far away from this mechanic. Don’t fall for his lies about warranties or repairs. HE DOESNT STAND BEHIND HIS WORDS.

Vinny at New England Transmission is the best. Super honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He got my car fixed quickly and kept me updated the whole time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. Definitely recommend going to Vinny if you need any transmission or car repair work done!

These guys are the best in the business. My 2018 F-150 Lariat with the 10R80 transmission now shifts flawlessly after these guys replaced the CDF drum. Vinny and Rocco exemplified professional, old school customer service. Great value, honest work, no shady dealings. I will continue going here to service my truck.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. The owner was extremely rude and dishonest. He told me he would fix my transmission if I brought him the part, so I bought an original part directly from the dealership. Later, I found out he never actually replaced it. He also claimed the repair came with a warranty, but when I went back because the transmission was still slipping, he refused to honor it and said there were no warranties. Bottom line: stay away from this place
