I have. 2007 Honda accord that wouldn’t start. It wasn’t the battery & I had to have it towed by AAA. They recommend this shop. Got the car there around noon. They as assessed it had an electrical problem had it fixed by 530pm at a fair price. I was so impressed! I’ll definitely use them for my to go place for this car! Jeff was helpful & got me in and out quickly!

THE BEST auto repair I have ever been to. The owner Fidel is very honest and the prices are competitive. Everyone who works there from the office manager to the techs are very capable. I’ve been here for my radiator, alternator, brakes and rotors. Have always left happy. Their inspection alone is impressive enough for a visit. Very detailed with multiple pictures of every part. They can handle everything you need plus they have a cat!

I was visiting from out of town and noticed I had a headlight out. I looked through the AAA recommended automotive services and was so thrilled that I picked this company! Jeff at the service desk was fabulous. We spoke on the phone shortly before my arrival! He had the part ready for installation was extremely professional and polite! They took my car in within 10 minutes and I left the facility 15 minutes later with a fixed headlight for an extremely reasonable price for labor and parts!! I highly recommend this place and I usually never leave reviews. I was impressed with New Era Automotive!! If you have a choice, I would choose them!!

I brought my infiniti here because the engine light came on and I needed to find out why. I have had the same mechanic that I absolutely trust for the past 25 years down in Hollywood. This shop is right around the corner from my house and my brother suggested I use them, but I dont trust many ppl and mechanics are at the top of that list. Im a public school teacher so Im cautious with every penny I spend. I took the car to this shop can honestly say that they are trustworthy people. The shop is new, clean and they communicate with you via phone calls and texts to give updates. I was really impressed with the the whole process.
