I'm working with John on financing a 2012 Jeep Patriot. He's very transparent and takes his time out of his day to make sure you are happy and safe in the vehicle you want to buy. He does everything in house as well, (insurance, dmv, financing, trade ins etc). He's Honest, reliable, and has a cool wood burning stove in his store - what more can you ask for! DO NOT HESITATE TO COME TO NEW GEN AUTO!! After having moved to NY a few years ago, the time had finally come for me to purchase a car again. After searching multiple websites, I stumbled upon a vehicle I wanted to view. I submitted the inquiry and John from New Gen Auto had reached out. I genuinely appreciated that he was honest on the phone about what he thought of the vehicle. It was that honesty and transparency that had me canceling my other appointments with other dealerships and choosing to travel over an hour to go see John at new gen auto (keep in mind, the other dealerships are much closer, so Johns honesty and transparency made all the difference). I have been to several dealerships and private lots with all the false promises, but new Gen Auto was a whole different ballgame! They were transparent, and went out of their ways to make sure that I was able to get into a vehicle, Especially Pete and John. Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. I waited to submit my review because I just wanted to see how things would go with the vehicle going forward. It's Jan 15, 2024 its almost 6 months since I had the vehicle and ALL is going very WELL.
