New Image Auto Sales - New Philadelphia

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this small dealership. We made the 1.5 hour trip out and test drove the vehicle twice. Everything seemed okay. We signed our documents and drove away seemingly happy! Two weeks later we notice the vehicle had been leaking oil in our driveway. It seems it had been doing this for an extended amount of time as we just didn’t notice it because my it’s dark when my husband leaves and dark when he returns home. It was never noticed until a weekend when we decided to drive this vehicle running some errands. My husband is finally able to get an appointment schedule due to his work schedule and the shop schedule plus it being over an 1.5 drive away the dealership agreed to send a tow truck to get the SUV into the shop. I wish I could give them zero stars or negative in contact with a salesman about a BMW X6 drove all the way from Buffalo, New York just to find out that the transmission was no good this Could have been listed on the ad or speaking with the representative, they could have told me that before I made that drive and they knew where I was coming from.
