New Lebanon Body, Frame & Tech did an amazing job on my elderly in-laws’ car! It looks brand new again — you’d never know it had any damage. Dean, the owner, was so kind and patient with my in-laws, taking time to explain everything and making them feel completely comfortable and cared for. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and values his customers. Highly recommend Dean and his team — great people and top-notch workmanship!

I've used New Lebanon Frame & Tech on my Kia several times, but I had an issue with my VW Jetta. I had taken it to another mechanics local to my office for convenience and they said it needed $1700 worth of work. I was a little horrified as it's only 5 years old and they were major parts. Dean told me to let his mechanics look at it. His mechanic said, not only did I not need the work done, but my car was one of the best vehicles he had seen in a long time. Dean and his team will always have your back and in future, I won't trade convivence for quality.

New Lebanon Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing my car after I was rear-ended. Perfect paint match on a hard to match pearl white paint. The BEST customer service I have encountered in very long time. When the insurance company was dragging their feet, the owner of the shop even paid for parts out of his own pocket to get my car back on the road. I can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond in taking care of me. Highly recommend!

Okay i just got my car done the whole suspension on my passengers side, and it feels like a new car I appreciate u guys taking the time and getting it done within 24 hours knowing this was my only vehicle, I was sitting outside waiting for my ride home cause obviously my car was at the shop, this guy I don't remember his name he was a mechanic he asked me if I needed a ride home, I didn't take it cause I already had a ride but he didn't have to ask me if I want a ride so I greatly appreciate u guys and getting my vehicle done in a timely manner 🫶🤘 I'll def recommend u guys too my family and friends 5 star rating for me.
