I came in the other day needing my license plate light bulbs replaced. The assistant manager David helped me and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and so nice! He made me feel welcome and heard! I normally feel uncomfortable and nervous going into part stores being a women, but he went above all and made me feel like I was the only one in there. He also knew my kind of car well and knew what I needed and even INSTALLED them for me! They still didnt work 😔 but he figured out it was a fuse which was also a very easy fix for him! Im very appreciative of you David, thank you!

Called the store to check on my daughters battery warranty for her car. Talked with Mason and let him know that she would be stopping by and needed it changed out so she could get to work. He was right on it, got her changed out quickly and on her way in no time. I appreciate the hard work in these cold conditions.

Found a tool I wanted on the website and saw it as being in stock. I called the store for a description to be sure it was what I wanted. An employee described it on the phone, so I decided to purchase. I drove to the store and two employees could not find one in stock. On other occasions, I am probably successful in purchasing items that I'm shopping for about 40% of the time at this store.

This isn't about a particular store it's just O'Reilly's in general. I looked for license plate bulbs and they were $8.99 for two bulbs Sylvania long life. Then I looked at Walmart the exact same bulb $4.58 for two bulbs. Sylvania long life. Smh I'll leave it at that and let it sink in. 🤦

I went there to test my alternator, it was good, they tested it. So my starter having a dead spot in it was my final choice after replacing my $ 250 battery. Asked if they had my limited life warranty on record? Nothing since 2008, but I found my receipt for 2020? I'll be talking to a manager tomorrow!
